Documents required to attend or participate in conferences or seminars and the like:

  1. Application form for participation or attendance.
  2. Attach the research to be adopted for the conference or seminar in its published form.
  3. A copy of the previous post report.
  4. Minutes of the College Council with a copy of the letter of accreditation of the minutes.
  5. Copy of the minutes of the department council.
  6. Application form to attend or participate in the Ministry of Education website.
  7. Letter of acceptance of participation from the organizer (in case of participation).
  8. Attach the folded symposium or conference and the like.
  9. Attach CV.
